Sarah Palin's Earthquake - Run Sarah Run!

The morning of October 6, 2011, the day after Governor Sarah Palin announced that she would not be running for President, she said in an interview on the Bob & Mark Radio Program (full interview found HERE) that it would take an earthquake for her to change her mind.

Her "earthquake comment" can be heard HERE.

Well, Governor, HERE'S YOUR EARTHQUAKE: Sarah Palin's Earthquake

**************************************UPDATE****************************************

We had to make accommodations for larger numbers of people than a Facebook "group" can accommodate. We've just begun a new Facebook "page" to accommodate more members. This new page on Facebook is only a few hours old as of the time of the update to this post. (10:55AM CST Tuesday, October 11, 2011).

Here is the link to the brand new page:
"Sarah Palin's Earthquake Movement"
www.facebook.com/PalinQuake

We humbly request that all current members of the "group," please visit this new page and click on the "Like" button at the top of the page and join us there. Thank you!

Here is the description of our new page:

Welcome to Sarah Palin's Earthquake. Please remember the mission of this group, which is to show Governor Palin that she has the support of millions who will support her in her endeavors and who want her to reconsider her decision not to run for POTUS. All posts should relate to the mission. Please do not discuss other GOP candidates, or disagree with our desire to persuade her to run.

Please respectful our wishes. Anyone violating these rules will be deleted. There are many fine pages on Facebook where the candidates and issues can be discussed.

We encourage each and every one of you to invest a few minutes of your time for our country's future and send a postcard to Governor Palin. Her address is:

The Office of Sarah Palin
P.O. Box 871235
Wasilla, AK 99687

Along with your personal message, please state "WE ARE THE EARTHQUAKE!"

Thank you,

Admin.

***********************************END OF UPDATE**********************************

Please, join us on Facebook and show the Governor your support! We're only ASKING her to please reconsider her decision to not run in 2012. We know she knows how to say no. If or when she does, that's it. We're only showing her our support.

Some have suggested that we are attempting to "force" Governor Palin to run. I ask those of you who think that this question: Do you REALLY think that a group of people who support the Governor really believe that they could FORCE the her to do ANYTHING??? We know better.

Those of you that are still angry with the Governor for making the decision she did, you need to take some time to process your anger before you go out and make a bunch of comments about her all over the internet that you will wind up regretting some day. Some of you are really making yourselves appear quite foolish, which is really unfortunate. I know you're better than that...even if you don't feel like it right now.

Also, there are some Palin supporters that obviously have misunderstood the purpose of SarahPAC. As with many Political Action Committees (PAC), SarahPAC was set up to fund the campaigns of various candidates whom Governor Palin chooses to endorse.

The following is from the "About" section on SarahPAC (emphasis added):

Formed in January 2009, SarahPAC is a federally registered political action committee (PAC) dedicated to building America's future by supporting fresh ideas and candidates who share our vision for reform and innovation.

SarahPAC believes America's best days are ahead. Our country, founded on conservative principles and the fight for freedom, must confront the challenges of the 21st century with integrity, innovation, and determination.

SarahPAC believes energy independence is a cornerstone of the economic security and progress that every American family wants and deserves. We believe in American Exceptionalism, and that US foreign policy should, first and foremost, be based on the pursuit of our national interest, not the interests of others.

SarahPAC believes the Republican Party is at the threshold of an historic renaissance that will build a better future for all. Health care, education, and reform of government are among our key goals.

The Governor does NOT control SarahPAC. The "Committee" does. Those of you who donated to SarahPAC thinking you were solely funding her run for the presidency were sorely under-informed. Now, you no longer are.

I'm in no way affiliated with SarahPAC and I am not, in any way, attempting to speak FOR them; I'm speaking as the voice of common sense when I say: Those of you who donated to this PAC will probably NOT be receiving a refund. Stop complaining and accept the fact that you weren't aware of all of the facts prior to making your donations. Now, you are. All too often life's best lessons can be quite expensive.
