But, I still think the guy from the NBP looks more like the man in the picture from the gas station's surveillance pic than Shannon J. Miles does.

A suspect was arrested Saturday in connection with the execution-style shooting of Deputy Darren H. Goforth at a Houston-area gas station, Harris County Sheriff Ron Hickman said. Shannon J. Miles is charged with capital murder. The motive is unclear.End of update.
A handgun has been recovered and tests show it matches the weapon used in the killing, Hickman said.
Late last night, in Harris County Texas, Sheriff's Deputy Darren Goforth was murdered execution-style outside a gas station. The fat loser that killed him stood over him and shot him some more after he was on the ground. Deputy Goforth was a 10-year veteran of the sheriff's office and he leaves behind a wife and a 12-year-old daughter and a 5-year-old son.
Harris County Texas (Houston) neighbors Waller County Texas (Hempstead) - I tell you this because on August 12th there was a New Black Panther protest outside the Waller County jail (where Sandra Bland hung herself while in custody). At this protest, members of the NBP chanted "Oink! Oink! Bang! Bang!" And, the NBP guy with the bullhorn said, "We're the wrong n*ggers to mess with. You gotta stop doin' what you're doin'...or we're going to start creepin' up on you in the dark of the night." (That audio can be heard in the video from the Houston Chronicle in THIS POST on Breitbart.)
This morning, CNN reported that a suspect is in custody for last night's murder of Deputy Goforth. After seeing the picture of the suspect that police have released (from surveillance video at the gas station) and watching the video of the NBP protest I think that the killer MIGHT be a member of the New Black Panthers...one of the members that was present at the NBP protest 2 weeks ago in Waller County Texas.

Here's a partial description of the suspect:
Sheriff’s officials believe the suspect is a dark-skinned male who’s about 5-feet 10-inches or 6-feet tall, 20-25 years old...
I know we won't know if this is the same guy or not until a better picture of the suspect is released, but the two look A LOT ALIKE to me. What do you think?
